Soy glazed mackerel

Baked mackerel fillets
marinated with ginger, lime and a touch of soy sauce
served with a warm salad of steamed bok choi, broccoli,
 rainbow carrots and sesame seeds glazed
drizzled with a lime, chili and mango dressing
